Carmen Manaute
Carmen has worked in international development since 1995, with both non-profit organisations and government agencies. She began her career in Fundación IPADE, Solidarios para el Desarrollo and Fundación Luis Vives, where she was Director of the European Social Fund Unit. For the past 6 years she has worked as an independent consultant, providing advice and technical assistance to public bodies and non-profit organisations. Carmen is a graduate in law and non-profit management and has a master’s degree in international development from the Complutense University in Madrid.

María Delgado
Maria has more than 15 years of management and consultancy experience in international organisations, non-profits and government agencies. She has worked for the Council of Europe as adviser to the President of the European Centre for Global Interdependence and Solidarity and for other international bodies such as the European Parliament and the world Inter-Parliamentary Union. In recent years she has worked in the Andalucian autonomous government, both as adviser and chief of the cabinet. She is a graduate in law and obtained her LLM (Master in Laws) in international human rights law from London University.

Eva Otero
Eva has more than 15 years of experience in social marketing, volunteering and international development in Europe, Latin America, the Balkans and the Middle East. Her career was forged within the United Nations systems, in countries including the Dominican Republic and Egypt. She also has strong experience in non governmental advocacy and campaigning, and was part of the Jubilee 2000 team of directors. She graduated in Marketing and Public Relations and has a postgraduate diploma in “Gender and Society” from the University of Middlesex in the UK.
